Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS system
- Handle reservation inquiries and room modifications with precision
- Resolve guest concerns using de-escalation techniques
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Operate multi-line phone systems and email communications
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room categories
- Maintain organized front desk documentation and reports
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in basic computer applications (email, MS Office)
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
