Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests promptly
- Maintain front desk operations during assigned shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Perform end-of-shift reconciliations and report generation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (including holidays)
- Basic mathematical skills for financial transactions
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
