Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using PMS systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for room assignments and billing
- Execute safety protocols during emergency situations and severe weather events
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
