Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information to callers.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and prepare accurate daily banking reports.
- Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and general concierge requests.
- Monitor building security and fire safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
