Responsibilities
- Efficiently check guests in/out using our modern hotel management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Operate switchboard systems and manage communications channels
- Perform nightly audits and prepare shift reports for management
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service during all interactions
Qualifications
