- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests and visitors entering the facility.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, including verifying identity, collecting payments, and issuing room keys or access cards.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Reception Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and resolve any inquiries or complaints with a smile.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform basic data entry, update guest records, and handle cash transactions with precision.
