Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Reservations: Manage room reservations, handle inquiries, and maximize room availability using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails promptly, and provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and policies.
  • Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and prepare daily reports for the front office team.
  • Front of House: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk or luxury hospitality role preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Little Hotelier, StayNTouch).
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable for our Miami location.
  • Personality: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
