Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) are fully stocked and organized.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the maintenance or management team immediately.
- Follow all company safety protocols and environmental cleaning standards.
- Interact courteously with guests and fellow staff members to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; strong candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
