Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a smooth transition for all visitors.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and resort amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming phone calls, manage reservation inquiries, and process payments using our property management system.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and common spaces to uphold our high standards of presentation.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management software or POS systems.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
