Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest relations
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and train department heads to maintain service excellence
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service initiatives
- Collaborate with sales team to develop corporate and leisure partnerships
- Oversee property maintenance and capital improvement projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hotel management with 5+ years in executive roles
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, etc.) and revenue management strategies
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Deep knowledge of San Francisco tourism market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration required
