Responsibilities
- Greets guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answers inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and dining options with accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Processes payments, manages reservations, and updates guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handles guest complaints and requests promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintains the lobby and front desk areas to ensure a welcoming and organized atmosphere at all times.
- Assists with administrative duties, including filing, mail distribution, and preparing daily reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
