Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and valet teams during overnight operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute emergency response protocols for safety incidents
- Handle VIP guest requests and special arrangements
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management software
- Valid Nevada gaming work card (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
