Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for overnight guests with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for room readiness and safety protocols
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Upsell premium rooms, amenities, and local experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure flawless shift handovers to day staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience in a high-volume setting
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail in financial transactions and documentation
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during emergency situations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
