Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-ins/check-outs using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee hotel security during overnight hours and respond to emergencies
- Handle reservation modifications and upsell premium services
- Maintain pristine front desk area and lobby ambiance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if required for errands)
