Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining personalized service standards
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions with precision
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Monitor security systems and implement safety protocols throughout the night shift
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and communicate critical information to day staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
