- Respond to guest inquiries via email, chat, and in-person interactions with a friendly demeanor.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and manage the front desk cash drawer with strict accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Resolve minor guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
