Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with front desk operations, including filing and data entry.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and public areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation is required.
