Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently with accuracy and professionalism
- Handle reservation modifications and special requests during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency situations and guest concerns with calm problem-solving
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for safety and operational integrity
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Process cash transactions and reconcile nightly reports
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Valid DC security clearance or willingness to obtain immediately
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
