Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using our PMS system
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with exceptional service standards
- Monitor security protocols and manage access control during night hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare end-of-night reports and daily summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during late-night hours
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license (for airport runs if needed)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Los Angeles area attractions
