As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. We pride ourselves on our premium service standards and are looking for someone who can maintain our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently and accurately.
- Reservations: Handle incoming phone calls and online inquiries to manage room bookings and special requests.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues immediately with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Front Office Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Payment Processing: Process various payment methods and prepare accurate daily reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn the hospitality trade.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Focus: A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and hotel management software is a plus (training provided).
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
