Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Guest Relations: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area, ensuring all public spaces are presentable at all times.
- Security & Safety: Verify guest identities, monitor access logs, and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Reservations: Assist with reservation management and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, balance daily reports, and assist with general front office administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent work experience is considered.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience is required; we value attitude and eagerness to learn over experience.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS or reservation systems are a plus but not mandatory.
- Interpersonal: A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
