Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera, Marriott Bonvoy) for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experiences and revenue
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
