Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling, and reconcile nightly reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems to update reservations and guest data
- Execute emergency protocols and safety procedures during overnight hours
- Upsell resort amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for airport runs)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
