Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services during assigned shifts including check-in/out, concierge support, and room maintenance
- Monitor security protocols and respond promptly to guest inquiries or emergencies
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams for smooth operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Perform daily inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid work authorization for the United States
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
