Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests with efficiency and warm hospitality
- Manage reservation systems and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Operate hotel technology systems (PMS, POS)
- Uphold brand standards in appearance and service
- Assist with special requests and VIP guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required - we train everyone!
