Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card issuance.
- Monitor building security and access control systems to ensure guest safety.
- Handle incoming calls, guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and manage guest folios accurately using the property management system (PMS).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and transportation needs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk reception is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
