Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation modifications and VIP guest requests with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Execute upselling strategies for premium services and amenities
- Conduct daily audits of front desk operations and reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front desk or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix attractions and local services
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
