Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a high-quality welcome experience.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes using our property management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common spaces.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required; we train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented demeanor.
