Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Stock and replenish guest supplies (towels, linens, toiletries, amenities)
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- Adhere to hotel safety and sanitation protocols
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
- Provide courteous service to guests during room cleaning
- Deep clean common areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators) as scheduled
- Complete daily room status reports and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable transportation to downtown Denver location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Must pass background check and drug screening
