Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage phone inquiries, guest requests, and reservations with the highest level of professionalism.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash drawers according to hotel policies.
- Assist in coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
