As the first point of contact for our guests during the evening hours, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our visitors have a comfortable and memorable stay.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and security.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing information and resolving inquiries.
- Monitor security cameras and perform regular rounds of the lobby and public areas.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and local recommendations.
- Address guest complaints or issues immediately and escalate to management when necessary.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and reservation software is a plus.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
