Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/check-out, concierge assistance, and special requests
- Manage daily operations of front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage departments
- Train and mentor junior staff on service standards and operational procedures
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand reputation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Implement and maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality control standards
- Participate in revenue optimization initiatives and upselling opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Texas Food Handler/ServSafe certification for F&B roles
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
