Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and accuracy
- Manage reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for flawless operations
- Maintain detailed logs and report maintenance or safety issues
- Utilize property management systems (Opera) effectively
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel software (PMS) and MS Office
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
