- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation modifications and optimize room allocation for occupancy
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures during night shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for airport runs)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Raleigh attractions and transportation
