Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival and departure.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our state-of-the-art property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries or routing calls to the appropriate department.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage guest requests with grace and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
