Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently using PMS systems
- Manage room reservations and billing inquiries
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide local area recommendations to guests
- Execute upselling opportunities for room upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Wichita attractions
