Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using PMS software
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly during overnight hours
- Monitor security protocols and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Prepare end-of-night reports and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with valet services and transportation arrangements as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Excellent communication abilities with fluency in English (Spanish preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
