Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with exceptional service
- Operate property management systems (PMS) and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer procedures
- Monitor security protocols and respond to emergency situations
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure all documentation is completed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
