Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours with personalized check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure operational excellence
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to established protocols
- Maintain accurate guest records and account information in our property management system
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
- Uphold brand standards through impeccable communication and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Los Angeles attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and fluency in English (Spanish preferred)
