Responsibilities
Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.Process payments, manage all financial transactions securely, and balance daily reports.Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.Assist with concierge services, local recommendations, and special event coordination.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus).Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred but not required.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
