Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Monitor security cameras and door access logs to ensure guest and property safety.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as restocking amenities or cleaning the lobby area.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and process wake-up calls.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for late-night arrivals.
- Report maintenance issues to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or guest services experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
