Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with speed and accuracy
- Handle reservation modifications and guest inquiries 24/7
- Process payments and maintain secure cash handling protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Operate PMS systems and maintain guest data privacy
- Prepare end-of-night reports and manage key inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
