Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using advanced PMS systems
- Handle reservation modifications and optimize room inventory management
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and professionalism 24/7
- Process payments and manage financial transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Execute emergency response protocols during overnight shifts
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and facility incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in high-pressure scenarios
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions and transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
