- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to management
- Process secure payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and valet departments during overnight operations
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure proper cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn hotel systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends
