Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas using industry-standard cleaning protocols
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of linens and amenities with precision
- Adapt to special requests and priority room assignments
- Follow sustainability practices and eco-friendly cleaning procedures
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams seamlessly
- Complete detailed room inspections before guest arrival
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Valid Pennsylvania work authorization and clean background check
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail with exceptional time management abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
