Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and key distribution
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain financial transactions
- Monitor security systems and enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and maintain records
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
