Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests with precision and efficiency
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly using problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures following company protocols
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations according to training
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment at all times
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if required for errands)
