Responsibilities
- Guest Check-in and Check-out: Process registrations, manage payments, and issue room keys efficiently and accurately.
- Night Audit: Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation, including balancing the house bank and posting charges.
- Security Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure guest and staff safety and report any anomalies.
- Guest Assistance: Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, relaying messages to the appropriate departments.
- Maintenance Coordination: Document and report maintenance issues to the engineering department to ensure the facility remains in pristine condition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency with PMS (Property Management Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
