Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, implementing strategies to drive revenue and control operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and loyalty by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community stakeholders and corporate partners.
- Monitor market trends to adjust pricing and marketing strategies for maximum competitiveness.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budget management and revenue generation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel schedule.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
