Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and assist with a seamless check-in and check-out process, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, answering inquiries and relaying messages accurately to staff members.
- Operational Support: Manage the front desk console, including processing payments, issuing room keys, and maintaining the lobby area.
- Problem Solving: Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Update guest profiles in our property management system and assist with daily filing and data entry.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, a background in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating software) is helpful but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer service orientation.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
